Photo: Ackime Snow Summer Mastous is a pianist and composer based in Brooklyn, NY. Her recent credits include the song “Melusine”, featured in Miranda July’s film “Kajillionaire”, released in 2020. Summer is in the band Datachoir, and has composed work for Uniqlo, Warby Parker, Miranda July, and Fox Sports Go. Datachoir most recently played Stephen Powers’ art gallery event print screening of Black Lives Matter. Summer was classically trained by Barbara Lyons. She has also played with the Fisticuffs Bluff, Ida Sessions, Miranda July, Love as Laughter, and Octant.
